Responsible for LOD1.5 control validation, audit support, and certification lifecycle management to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, QNRCS High-Level, and Digital Seal (Gold).
Key Responsibilities:
Validate LOD1 controls and support LOD2 testing
Identify, implement, and track control improvements
Manage ISO and regulatory certifications, audits, and corrective actions
Perform internal audits and support management reviews
Maintain control registers, risks, KPIs, and IMS documentation

3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) in development, implementation, and operations.
Mandatory expertise in Dynatrace Grail for monitoring and observability.
Strong experience with log ingestion pipelines (Logstash, Filebeat) and Elasticsearch index management.
Proven ability to build Kibana dashboards, visualizations, and alerts.
Solid Linux system administration skills.
Experience operating ELK platforms in Azure cloud environments.
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for end-to-end observability.
Scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and integration.
Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to work autonomously.
Fluency in English (written and spoken);
Based in Portugal.
